The Simple Promise

You have 14 days from your purchase to request a full refund. That's it. We don't need an explanation, and we won't make it complicated.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@itaabsii.com with:
• Your email address (used for payment)
• Your Paddle order number (from receipt)
• A simple message saying you want a refund

Processing Time

We process refund requests within 1 business day. The money goes back to your original payment method through Paddle. It usually appears in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

About Your Digital Artifact

Fulfillment Criteria: A refund is granted if the software is technically unable to perform its core sealing function. The delivery of a successfully generated, completed digital artifact (e.g., the 3D WebGL Molten Gold or Bronze Vault seal) to your device constitutes a fulfilled software service.

Because your device is your server, once you download your witnessed artifact, it's yours. We can't take it back. The refund is about your satisfaction with the witnessing service's technical execution. If you were satisfied but just want free artifacts, please don't—we depend on honest users.

No Hidden Fees

There are no restocking fees or deductions. If we refund you, you get back the full €2.99. Period.

No Penalties

We don't ban people for requesting refunds. If you got a refund and want to use iTaabsii again later, you're welcome.
